License to Drive (1988)

There was a time when Hollywood loved the Coreys. Corey Haim and Corey Feldman. So, in 1988, License to Drive is sort of like Avengers: Endgame in that you combine the biggest Coreys around in one movie. It’s also the first starring role for the great Heather Graham, whose very presence elevates this one above the traditional Corey fare. There’s a plot, but will you care? Probably not. You’ll just be interested in what crazy hijinks happen to Corey Haim trying to get his driver’s license and the girl. Kind of a minor hit when it was released, it’s been mostly forgotten.
